Our Vacation House is clean, safe, and was recently been remodeled. There is a large living room with a dining table in front of the picture window overlooking Bouvier Bay. The house has basic cable service, TV/stereo/DVD players, a fully equiped modern kitchen with oven/range/microwave, cooking utensils and table service for six. The second floor has two bedrooms, a lounge area with a futon, and a large bathroom. We believe the house is best suited for four house guests but we can accommodate six house guests (i.e. upcharge if more than four). We proved bed linen and some towels for our house guests.

The backyard has a large patio area with picnic table, deck chairs, hammock, charcoal grill, gas grill, fire pit (wood not provide but maybe purchased locally or scavage from adjacent wooded area) fish cleaning station, available parking for four cars with trailers and outside electrical service. There is a party store that delivers hot meals and bait shop across the street. If you want to dine out then there are six waterfront restaurants all within a two mile drive. The restaurants provide everything from causual to upscale dining. On the weekend some of the restaurants offer free entertainment on their patios.
